New Email Subjects on Same Email Thread

When I send an email from Pipedrive, sometimes I'll want to send a follow-up email on the same thread from a different email template that I've already added into Pipedrive. This follow up email often has a different subject line made to create a call-to-action.

When I add the email onto the thread, the body of the email template goes onto the thread, but Pipedrive still keeps the original subject line.  Can Pipedrive have programming set to override this?
