Currently you can only share it via a link as described here: https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002688698-Shareable-Insights
However, filters you apply there won't show on the link. I've added the "feedback" tag to your post as I know our team is discussing a solution to easier share it within the company as you suggest.
