Help needed :) Pipedrive to Pipedrive Import
Hello!
We are trying to do a Pipedrive to Pipedrive Import using "export" and "import" with .csv. files.
The thing is, there is activities inside the deal of the old Pipedrive.
We want those activities to be linked to the same deals in the new Pipedrive account.
Can anyone help?

The most ideal way to update date in Pipedrive via spreadsheet is with the ID of the item as described here: https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en-us/articles/208061095-How-can-I-update-my-Pipedrive-data-with-a-spreadsheet-
I get however in a new account the ID's are different. You can in this case after importing all deals, orgs, etc.. in the new account extract those again and use functionality in Excel to match data from the old and new account and then add the activity information to the right lines in your spreadsheet so you import them linked to the right deals, persons etc..
