Using Pipedrive to track past/previous clients for harvesting new opps.
I'm wondering if anyone uses Pipedrive to track past/previous clients. I'd like to check in with my past clients to see if there are new projects on the horizon. Ideally once every one or two months. I'm looking at either using google docs and calendar reminders and such but I may try Pipedrive, so I'm seeing if anyone has suggestions on how to set up the pipeline. I currently have two pipelines set up in Pipedrive, one for prospecting and one for qualified leads moving through the sales process. I'm thinking of adding a third for past clients to ensure I'm communicating with them regularly. How do other people track previous clients for harvesting new opportunities?

You can there filter for people you've had deals with in the past and set up follow-up frequencies and based on that plan future activities with these contacts.0
