Limit who sees the chatbot by IP or by Wordpress Role

Hi, I would like to be able to hide the chatbot for users by IP address so internal users visiting the web site don't count as hits, and don't see it and end up opening leads by accident. Also, if I'm logged into wordpress I don't want to see this. With the Divi theme the page editor has the chatbot in it also, not sure about the WP block editor.

Thank you for your suggestion, I've made sure to forward it internally to our team for consideration in future developments.
I suggest you also post this in our Developers Community, you might find other more tech-oriented users there who can perhaps help you edit the code you need to put into those pages to "block" those IPs. 🚀

Can be done with Google Tag Manager

How? I use GTM to restrict which pages it's shown on, but haven't figured out how to limit on IP.

Hi John Cipollone !
If you can download them from LinkedIn into a spreadsheet (.xls or .csv format) you can upload that data into Pipedrive, see here how:
- Importing data into Pipedrive with spreadsheets
- How can I optimize my spreadsheet for importing?
- How can I update my Pipedrive data with a spreadsheet?
We also have some integrations in our marketplace that connect LinkedIn to Pipedrive, check them out here.
