History Notes to be available
HI,
Great product! but I know e.g. in Hubspot when you make a call it allows you to add notes so that you can easily view what was the call about.
It would be good to have history notes so that when calling we would know what the previous discussions have been.

Unless I am missing something, the challenge is how would you view that as a snippet as in look at the notes, I know you can edit and add the call details though.

Hi @Mamoon Rahat @Boris Tsibelman is right, you can already write notes while having a call in Pipedrive: https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001990917-Caller-
You can then later go back in the call activity and read back the notes you took. What specific functionality are you looking for, I'm sorry as I'm not a 100% following right now.
