KPI's in Pipedrive
KPIs - how do you use Pipedrive to create / monitor the performance of your sales team?
Many things changed in pipe over the past two years and I cannot find things that were there before.

@Daniel Chisca there's two options:
Insights is way more powerful and can for example report on custom fields and you can customize your reports to your need. It's still missing some details before we can switch everyone over to the new insights which is the goal. Read through it and let us know if you have anything specific you're looking for.

Unfortunatelly I did not found a way to set goal and see progress toward goal. For example - Number of meetings per month for each individual sales executive. I think this functionality is just not there yet.

We do have goals in Pipedrive on our "old reports":
