Hey! Been wondering if anyone here knows which are the best practices - if there are any - for using Pipedrive as Pipeline management with channel/partners.
Currently all we've done with Channel was to create another Pipeline with their funnels and then we just log the deal when our Partners submit those orders to us. In our deal name, we just add the Partner name and log under the Channel Pipeline.
I find the issue with Pipedrive is that you can't add users that only have view abilities. So no interaction or mutations. This way you could guests to work together. Or maybe even single pipeline guests a lot like the way Slack does single channel guests, which are also free. Is there anything in the dev pipeline to accommodate this @Mike van der Valk?
