Automation in scheduling meetings with google (and zoom) is bronken

With the connection with Zoom, a key feature has stoped: the ability to have the customer propose a time for a call. Once the customer accepts a schedule, an event invitation is sent to his calendar and my calendar. Until a few weeks ago, the invitation would go out with video call location, which is critical this days. As I am using google Suites, it was meet and it worked great. Now, the customer receives an invite without a link, neither to google meet or zoom. This means that I need manually to open the meeting and insert it, which certainly will not work.
I am essentially setting blind meetings, where the customer has no idea where to meet me. Really upsetting and very stupid design mistake. As if you don't really know how your customers use the product. The more you grow, the less helpful the product is getting. Watch out!

@João Monteiro, I haven't had any issues with the Zoom connection. Have you reached out to PD support?

Hi @João Monteiro sorry to hear that. Indeed as @Felicity Nolen suggests, please talk to our support team about this.

Anyone from pipedrive answer this? I have the exact same problem!!! The auto-scheduler stopped adding google hangouts to the meetings so my customer is going into the meeting blind. It's ridiculous.
