How to avoid change name of company and other date from fields with AUTOMATION?

I believe this is possible to do with automation inside Pipedrive.

We need to avoid that regular users change the following:

• Company names
• Certain custom fields (text)
• Ownership of deals

Anyone knows how can we do it using automation?

Hi @Rodrigo Rojas not sure if you can avoid it but you can definitely send an email to the manager/admin if certain users change any fields there. Then use the changelog in the item to revert it back.

Now it is totally possible to do it, just use the "before" status of the event when selected and it can be reverted.
