Workflow Automation Time Field
I would be a great addition to the Workflow Automation to be able to delay an action by minutes, hours or days when it is triggered. For example, sending an email out 1 hour after a deal is created rather than have the default be immediately.

Currently we've not planned working on scheduling actions for a specific time/date (e.g. send email next Monday at 12h)
However, the ability to add a wait/delay step between actions, is something in our plans 🚀 (e.g. send email, wait 2 days, send email)

Anything on the roadmap for a significant update to automations? Hoping for a business process builder.

Hi @Christian Ayala we have some plans on the workflows. I can't give a way too much as we're still in planning phase but extending them to the leads section is our first plan. After that most likely (don't pin me on it) we'll work on adding an option to set delays. So send email after 2 hours or something. Date/time triggers are also in the plans but again, no eta unfortunately.

This is the single most frustrating thing about trying to set up automations. I need to be able to do automations based on a time frame.
Tracking time is already being done by Pipedrive (tracks days since last activity, dealt rot, etc). Let us do automations based on the time that's already being tracked.

This is the only reason we're going to move away from Pipedrive, the requirement to have delays / setting x days or hours for an action or chaser is crucial to any workflow (well, definitely for us anyway)
If you do ever implement let us know..
