modification to chatbot

Hello there pipedrivers!

 

Would it be possible to make a small modification to the chatbot tool? As it currently begins, the chatbot pops up when someone visits my website. It woudl be great if instead of giving a "greeting", it could be modified to immeidately ask a "question" with the three response options.

 

Can this be added to future releases?

 

Asking because the way traffic to my site, and many other sites,  is viewers need to be prompted with a question first, NOT a greeting. In other words, there needs to be a call to action. And with this call to action, engagement increases and lead conversion will go sky high!

the thing you want to achieve could be done by disabling the greeting + a little bit of programming - we have a small Chatbot browser API available. The docs are here https://pipedrive.readme.io/docs/leadbooster-browser-api I guess what you are looking for is programatically call LeadBooster.trigger('open');

I'll chip in with some more options on top of what y colleague @Rostislav Klein  suggested.

If you untick the box for "Proactive" in the Greeting section, it will pop up and immediately be followed by the question.

You can also "engineer" you greeting into being a rhetorical question like "Looking for something in particular?", so that you engage your visitors right away. And the next thing will be the actual question that prompts an answer.
