Last name as alphabetized search

It seems that it is standard to search by last name as it tends to be more unique and often (as in dealing with Dr's) you don't know the first name and again it is standard search practice.

@Melissa Till could you give me the email address you use to login to your account. You can also send it to [email protected] if you prefer.
I can then switch on a new improvement we've been working on that splits first- and last name fields for contact persons. These fields can then be added to the list view so you can sort on either of them.
