Conversion rate is better visible now, but...:
to see all deals - we need to copy deals between the Pipelines - those which were ordered were jumping into Project Management Pipeline from Sales Pipeline and was not calculated for conversion rate. Now, as we have created copy - they are calculated twice.
Also - would be great if we have a chance to calculate conversion rate starting from different stages of the process for example: conversion rate only started from Proposal sent.

For accurate results, always better to do these in Spreadsheets or a BI platform like Tableau and Google Data Studio.0
