Comparing Engagement Levels Over Time

I have been using PD for a while now and have generally found it to be useful.  However, one thing which I really need and is currently unavailable is the ability to have a report or dashboard which indicates engagement levels (phone calls and emails) at different points in time.  Particularly right now, with many of our customers not at work due to COVID (we are B2B), we need to be able to indicate how engagement levels have been affected.

What I need to report to my funders is:

Organisation's label = B
In January 2020: x emails and y calls
In September 2020: z email and a calls

I have been doing lots of fiddling around to try and gather this data but with no luck.  I have also enlisted the help of a PD support officer; however, we have come to the conclusion that this is not something that can currently be done.

Does anyone have any suggestions?  Or is this report/dashboard facility something you would find useful too?

    Hi @Siân Tattersall !

    Unfortunately at the moment it's not possible to do exactly what you want but you can get quite close - see the example in the image below. The only variable you can't introduce in your filter at the moment is the label of the Organization.

    As a workaround, I would suggest you take a look at the Analytics integrations available in our marketplace, as they allow you to extract data from Pipedrive and create other types of reports. I did a quick search for you, take a look here.
