Caller Function

Would really be great if you guys could make the pipedrive- caller function to recieve inbound calls. 
If you guys do this, make sure to have it function in Norway. 

I have tried out a lot of the caller apps in pipedrive, and nobody got inbound call function for norway. Its only outbound, so as a total sale CRM system, the inbound calls should be integrated!

    @Masawar Maqsood -- you can use a third party CTI tool to have both inbound & outbound.

    what caller function is the best for Europe, especially Germany? Would you go for pipedrive`s caller or Kixie etc.?

    Cant say for sure what function is best. 
    As for me I have currently found the best solution for my company. Our phone network provider has their own platform wich we can use to call and send SMS.  It can recivie inbound calls also. 
     

    I can also choose wich number I want to send SMS to our customers from. This also includes a company name SMS, wich means when the customer gets an SMS from us they only se our company name and not a number, this works great for us. 

    I would recommend that you try and contact your local national phone network providers, maybe they can offer the same solution to you. 

    Regarding pipedrive caller og Kixie, it all depends on what you want to do with it.

    Anyone has UNIFON as a company phone provider here in Norway? I know Phonero can integrate with PIPEDRIVE, but UNIFON say they can not.. Anyone knows anything regarding this? I also would like to set up an API with my Phone provider, and not use 3`d party apps (that are a bit pricy)..
