System Fields (like Job Title) should have editable formatting.

For example, the Job Title field formatted to be a list of choices from a specific list.  As it is now, the Job Title field is unusable for us because we need to force a specific job title for our automation and reporting to work right.  

We had to create our own Title field, then push the system field to the end of the record to be ignored.  PS:  System fields should also be allowed to be hidden.
