TLC and Missing Parts

Thankfully, Patricia in support has been AMAZING, diligent and communicative.

These three features are top of mind:

Happy to chat more to anyone that wants to speak to a veteran PM on this sort of stuff.

Cheers,

Jason

@Mike van der Valk - no problem. I will say my biggest sore point though is the QBO integration. It’s really just not there. As a PM, I hope you’ve spent time looking at Insightly, Method and others that have a far more elegant sync with QBO. FWIW and IMHO, QBO should be source of truth, not Pipedrive. Creating invoices, barring the feedback above, in PipeDrive is great - but it’s the information regarding those invoices that are more important - especially around late payments, recurring payments and renewal opportunities. I’ve got a bit of a workaround currently. But honestly, the feature just isn’t there yet. As discussed above, a first step would simply be to allow for linking and unlinking of invoices - and again - using the data of that invoice as  the source of truth. (And, as I recently experienced, if an invoice Is deleted or replaced in QBO, Pipedrive shouldn’t hold on to the old pointer.)

Thanks for those additional comments @Jason Prosnitz I'll make sure our team responsible for the Quickbooks integration takes a look at your comments. This is valuable for us to keep improving as we go forward!
