BCC an email to multiple deals
I have email sync but there are times when I send 1 email to 1 customer that I discuss multiple open deals. In the past, I would use the BCC address to make sure that email is copied to all the open deals. This morning I emailed a customer and BCC'd 3 deals that are open and I was discussing in the email. I noticed the email did not make it into 2 of 3 deals. When did this stop working?

Unfortunately what you're experiencing is expected behaviour from the tool, as the Deal-Specific Smart BCC was designed to work with a single deal at a time and not multiple deals.
So what happens when you use multiple Deal-Specific Smart BCCs in the same email message is... it works, but inconsistently. It may link the email to all the deals or only to some of them. This is a bug that's on our list of fixes but unfortunately hasn't made the cut yet, as other situations have been more proprietary.
