Survey option Pipedrive
Hi Pipedrive,
It's almost the end of the year and we are going to start asking our clients for feedback. We want to administrate this information in Pipedrive. Does anyone has a good suggestion for a survey tool connected with Pipedrive?

You might be able to leverage Pipedrive Webforms to create the form, and sync that into pipedrive.
If not, a third party form generation tool can work as well.

Hi Boris, thank you for your reply. Yes we would like to do this with the webforms from Pipedrive. Only the problem is that you have to create so much custom fields and we are afraid this will create chaos in the CRM system. Also we want to compare the feedbackresults from clients over time. This is also difficult to achieve in Pipedrive. Do you have any suggestion for a third party?

Hi @Saskia Dix !
I agree with @Boris Tsibelman that our webforms would be a great option - I advise creating a dedicated Pipeline just for them.
To compare results over time you can use our reporting feature, Insights, or manually create filters in the List View using date, customer type or any criteria you like (including the custom fields you create).
From either of those features you can export the results to a spreadsheet too.
