Product Enhancement - Orientation of New Emails Opening on on the Bottom of the Email Thread vs. Ope

I have a suggestion and would love other user's input.

One of my ONLY gripes about Pipedrive is that when I initiate a new email to an existing prospect and there is already a chain of communications, the new email opens at the bottom of the thread so you have to scroll down to start typing.

To me, it would be far more intuitive to have the new email open on the top of the previous communications so the oldest communications are on the bottom of the thread and the most recent are positioned at the top of the thread.

Does this bother anyone else?

Would you support asking the Product team to provide the user with the ability to choose their preferred orientation or if that is not possible, making this change as the default view?

Here's a video to show you what I am talking about...

Thanks all.

Hi @Lou Hughes , we appreciate your feedback!

I've tagged some additional relevant tags to your post and made sure our team sees your suggestion so they can consider it for future developments.

Speaking of which, here’s how to stay on top of what’s coming down the line:

    • Follow What’s New and don’t miss any new releases.
    • Follow What's Planned to know what we're working on currently and what’s to come.
    • Join our Research and Beta Testing channel for the chance to try out early versions and give us your opinion about new and improved features before they go live.

I also agree with Lou - I do not like this orientation and would like the option for it to appear at the top.  Has this at all being considered.  I see Lou posted this 7 months ago so just doing a follow up on this request.
