Email automation - Contact email address

I have noticed that we cant change the email order to send out automation email if there are multiple emails on file. the first entered email address is automatically tagged as a primary email address for all correspondence. I think there should be an option to select the email address to which all automation emails should be sent or it should be sent to all email address for a particular contact.

Hi @Maxium Dsouza thanks for sharing, I've added the "feedback" tag to your post so that our team sees it. Besides this, you can also manually type in an email address in the automation where you'd like the email to go through... could that help you?

Mike, please forgive the directness, but that is a TERRIBLE suggestion. The whole point of an automation is to limit manual steps. Your suggestion just ADDED a step.

And I agree. I am having this same issue. Many of my contacts have multiple emails. And often the one I have initially added is a personal email and not their work email. So I literally have to delete all but the one I want used for our correspondance and add the other emails later.

This is a pretty significant and impactful software edit that I would love to see updated.

    Hi @Bethany Ann George

Thanks for that additional comment. I didn't mean to say my suggestion, is the solution or course. The solution is if our teams can improve this workflow, I was merely offering a workaround.

However, I'll again highlight the need for this to our team ;)
