Calendar sync

I am trying to re-sync my google calendar.  The instructions say to go to "Tools and Apps".... but I can't even find "tools and apps".  anyone out there that can point me in the right direction?

@Boris Tsibelman just a tip. Instead of name if you next time write "app" there then it will auto direct to their own domain
