Why hasn't Pipedrive implemented industry standard 2Fa usign Google Authenticator or Authy? Instead, everytime I log in to pipedrive, I have to switch to emaila nd search for the authorization. Very annoyign and makes me want to cancel my subscription.
Also, in this support form, if I click the survey poll option, all of my comments are erased.

I'll answer your second comment first because it's quicker: this is default behavior by the platform that hosts our Community - unfortunately you lose your content if you change the format, which is inconvenient. We've also raised this as an improvement point and hopefully in the future it will be changed.
Regarding 2FA: currently, due to differing protocols, Pipedrive's two-factor authentication cannot work alongside the 'Log in with Google' function or the Single-sign-on feature of the Advanced, Professional, and Enterprise plans. We suggest your company choose the option that best fits its security needs. Learn more about our security features here.
