E-Mail sync - IMAP

Hey there,
I have set up the e-mail sync for an IMAP mailbox. The e-mail address is [email protected]. Now I am connected to the correct mailbox, but the mail address assigned by pipedrive for the mailbox is no longer correct. It is: [email protected] or on the second attempt [email protected]. The second address is critical because it is a customer's address.
It is unsatisfactory that you cannot set up the mailbox yourself. Setting up includes editing and deleting.
For every problem I have to wait a few days for an answer and small problems turn into big problems because I lose time and employees cannot work.
And we're only talking about a mail account that needs to be set up.
