Auto Populate Webform

Can  feature to automatically populate webforms be added?  An email recipient opens an email and selects a "Contact Us" button that opens a webform designed to collect visitor information.  Can you set up to have the data from the email database for name , email address, and phone number automatically populate the contact us form?
