Sales Document - problem with products custom fields

Hello Pipedrive Team,

I added custom fields to each of my products, they are divided in two categories :

Custom fields related to the products

• Presentation of the product
• Benefits of the product

Sales conditions

• Delivery
• Invoicing
• Payment terms
• Offer validity

My goal is to have only one template to generate my documents. And the fields will be automatically based on the product selected.

For some reasons, when I generate my documents, this is not working

You can already include product related data in your documents, check out the details in this Knowledge Base article on the section "adding product fields".

However, you can't yet use product related custom fields unfortunately. I've passed on that suggestion to our team, thanks for sharing!
