Scheduled Chatbot service on / off


Hi,
This might be more of a WordPress programming question, but I give it a shot.
At https://telescopicmast.com we have a (commercial) human chat service. On mon – fri 8 am – 10 pm (GMT +1) and in weekends sat – sun 9 am – 5 pm (GMT +1)
This service works with a code in our WordPress website, PD Chatbot works with a plugin.
My question is, how can I automatically make Chatbot active when the human chatter is off duty? Anyone has experience with setting this up?

Hi @TM Admin I wish I could help you but for now all I can do is forward the feedback to our team to make sure that inside Pipedrive in the future you can define online/offline times for the chatbot inside Pipedrive.

Hi Mike, what is the status of when we can have the functionality to define the online/offline times for the chatbot inside Pipedrive? I am not comfortable with assigning admin privileges' to individuals so they can activate and deactivate the chatbot feature... please advise.

I checked with the team and unfortunately it's not in the plans at the moment
I've asked them to take a look at this request again and see if we can prioritise it but I can't guarantee that since there are also other requests and priorities in the team.
I hope this still helps although it's not the answer you were probably hoping for
