Include SMS in your dashboard

Since you already have the ability to do phone calls within the dashboard It would be nice to have SMS in your dashboard as well it'll keeps sales rep focus within pipedrive instead of switching their attention between a third party application to send out a simple SMS currently. Hopefully you include canned sms responses as well if this ever gets added.

    Hey Chris, We have a built in phone integration for pipedrive, that you never have to leave the page. This allows for all your reps to be able to click to call and text. Have all of those activities logged as activities under each contact, with call recordings.  You can take notes on each call that will also be attached to that specific call in the activities log. We can pull deals and or list of contacts and upload them instantly into our powerdialer and texting campaign blasts. Id love to show you more of our system, here is the email to our Pipedrive Rep.     @David Karn thanks for the heads up...what's the name of your integration so i can look it up? I recently signed up with justcall.  Can you tell me the what's the difference between yours and justcall?

    Here is the link to the marketplace for our app. Its called Simplii. Besides some cost savings, the biggest difference would be that Simplii is a full office solution meaning you have the capabilities for Auto attendants, call queues, intercoms, music on hold, dynamic call routing, dashboard stats of all activities per person and phone number, 24/7 support in the USA with towers in the USA. Unlimited calling and texting, on top of our Pipedrive crm integration!

    Hi @chris tran,

    Our team is also working on new type of app extensions - embedded actions. This will open up the possibility of sending SMSes right from within Pipedrive (and many other embedded actions) for the app vendors in our Marketplace - they just need to implement those for their apps (e.g. JustCall will be doing it).

    @David Karn, I hope you will implement the native embedded actions also for your Simplii app. We will let you know once we have a beta version ready!

    Why don't Pipedrive integrate SMS Texting as part of the CRM?  

    These add-on, third party systems are expensive when you have to include all employees. Any CRM developer can push the development responsibilities off to another firm and just create an API. Salesforce has been doing it for years. We need it integrated into Pipedrive!!  

    You guys are WAAAAYYYY Behind in text messaging integration.
