Have some problems, looking to learn for the community

Hi guys, we're just getting started with Pipedrive and I'm surprised with the issues we are experiencing, I'm curious to know if there are others with the same problems. (I'm talking to support too, but it's been several days with no resolution already 
1. Custom fields from the webforms make it to the Deal and Org details but they are not filled in the Important Details tab (the values are empty there) 
2. Email automations simply do not work 
3. Mobile App ignores the email that is synced with the account and sends by default from the gmail on the phone. Does anybody else have that?

    Hope this helps:

    1. Custom fields can be updated under Company Settings/Data Fields. You can watch this video from @Paul Minors  here
    2. They should work, check conditions and go step by step to make sure all conditions are met/true. You can always try running it on Zapier to see if it works. That way you know who is the problem. You or the system. 
    3. Mobile app is a problem...

    Hi Vladimir, thanks for the prompt reaction. This is odd that you are not finding my support conversation (although consistent with my experience with some of the platform functionality, unfortunately). Anyways, I've been talking to Menna via chat since Dec 10th with the latest conversation being today. I also sent a number of screenshots as requested.

    Would be nice if I get my issues resolved and questions answered.
