I Think this pop up Next activity screen should be smarter than it is now.

It pops up every time you mark an activity as done no matter how many activities already scheduled for that particular deal.  it should be able to check if there is an activity scheduled, or Marking this activity triggers an other activity through work follow automation. it that case it only pops when it is really necessary. Thank you pipedrivers

    Hi @Mohamed Ahmed !

The "next activity" prompt should only show up if there are no future activities already scheduled for that deal/person/organization. If this is not what's happening in your Pipedrive, please reach out to our Support team and they will help you.

For urgent or technical issues Support is always the most adequate and quickest channel of communication, as Community is more focused on exchanging knowledge, experiences and ideas. Thank you!

Hello Inês, would it be possible to ask Pipedrive do not  launch the "next activity" prompt, if that activity WAS CREATED BY AUTOMATION  WORKFLOW? My users are very busy canceling such pop-ups...

Hi @Vygantas Lasys , I'd like to understand your use case a little better: what's different about activities created by automations that you wouldn't want a pop-up to create the next activity once the "automated" one is marked as done?
