Contacts Timeline

Interesting, So it seems the static filters at the top: deals, emails, notes,. are there just to be displayed and those are not considered activities in the case of filters. When a filter is created in contacts timeline to filter recent activities it wont display people or organisations that I recently sent emails to unless there is associated completed activity. This was confusing me but I figured it our. Would be nice if people and organisations could be included in that contacts timeline view when emails were sent but no actual activity was logged as complete. Il have to figure out a work around. Or maybe the stand alone email activity needs to be viewed in a different place.
