Building target lists 'Leads Inbox'

I am finding myself adding leads to the leads inbox from contact records in our piepdrive database for people I want to make sure are front and center for me to contact. Prime targets so to speak.
- Is anyone else using this the same way?
- does anyone else use a different solution that works well for them?

Hello Brad this is a great question I am curious to hear some responses. Only thing I can offer is I use labels to help target important deals. A red label “hot deal” for a contact really helps it stand out.

I was a bit conflicted about the label feature when it rolled out because I doo try to keep things as simple as possible. Currently in deals I have just one label for people to use which is 'High Priority'.
Organization labels: Client, Past Client, Vendor, Networking.
People: All the organization labels, Employee, Recruit.
I was using pipedrive when helping out with some recruiting activities where I just created an organisation for 'Our company name Recruits'.

Well I agree I am conflicted on the labels as well. For example if I change the red label from “Hot Deal” to “Code Red” for example, it will change all previously labeled deals. So this can be very confusing as I grow and update.
