We will develop our own RP, however the main database would be Pipedrive. Our questions on this :
a. If we create two custom fields including user id and password (for RP), can we have the password display as an ENCRYPTED field in Pipedrive?
b. Can we have a COUNT in Pipedrive to check how many deals have been referred by a CONTACT?

Unfortunately we can't have encrypted fields in Pipedrive. Regarding the count, you could use our API to create some calculation for this on your end if you'd like.
