Could you explain the use-case why your client needs to use 3 devices at the same time?There's 2 reasons why we implemented this change:- There are companies which are using one single seat for tens and in rare cases hundreds of users.- We care about safety of the data inside Pipedrive and leaving long sessions on multiple devices creates a huge risk of someone random accessing user information.
What I can recommend to make sure you don't hit device limits is 2 things:- Logout after you're done on one device- If you don't click "remember me" on login you will be automatically logged out after 12 hours.

This is a big problem for me - I use 6 devices regularly. 2 iMacs, rMBP, 2 iPads and iPhone. this has impacted my workflow. If I have to consciously alter my workflow and count devices then I will switch to another product.

@Invest if you reach out to our support team via the in-app chat or [email protected] they can take a look at your use case and switch off the limit for your account so it doesn't break your workflow sorry about that!

We usually need to login to make automations from several countries
each of us with several devices
to help our salesforce
to sell more and better using Pipedrive
This policy of just 3 devices is making our workflow a horror movie

Imagine that one of our sales partners try to log in form a different Chrome account
Even from the same computer, it counts as ONE device

At the moment this is not possible. That said, this is amazing feedback. I'll be sure to give this a bump with our product team to let them this is something you'd be interested in. Me:but tried to login from different chrome accounts
Even is ONE computer Pipedrive gets it as different ones because each chrome account is taken as a different browser so is understood as a different device
If you logged in the same computer but different browser tabs, this will still give you an error

@Canciona® thanks for sharing. In the meantime we've had a small policy change with this feature until we indeed have an option on login or for Admins to logout other sessions like you suggested. You can reach out to our support team and they can remove the device limit from your account. Sorry about all the inconvenience.
