Merge delas un pipedrive

Hello pipedrive team,

I need help with the next issue, how can I merge the deals in pipedrive for example when a company buy other?

    You can merge two deals on the three dots on the top right corner of the screen.     How can I get permission to merge organizations in my pipedrive? I tried to merge duplicate companies but I don't have the permission to do it.
