LiveChat scripts slowing our website down

Not sure if anyone else has this issue, but the LiveChat scripts are slowing our website down and reducing our pagespeed scores - particularly on mobile.

Would be good if the dev team could look at how to slim down the code and loading time of their scripts. Also if they could look at if it is possible to set functionality in LiveChat to only run on the desktop version of a site (and not mobile).

If you have this problem also, please like this and add your comments so we can get it on the dev team's radar.

    I am sorry to hear that your website is being slowed down by the chatbot added to it.

    The developers and product manager have already taken the feedback from you!

    They also advised that chat bot is loading as a separate element by getting information from one of our servers - so, the rest of the webpage should not really be affected.

    I am afraid there is no possibility to disable chat bot from loading on mobile devices ( developers are not entirely sure at the moment if we can introduce this feature into chat bot, but also took it as feedback). 

    However, I am sure you can address it to your IT department to amend the code and make it not load on mobile devices

    At this point we have had only one or two companies reporting that issue from the whole Pipedrive, but we will keep monitoring the requests closely.
