Adding Custom Data Fields to Dashboards?

Is there a way to add custom data fields from a deal into reports/insights/dashboards? We have a custom field we added and i would like to show the count of deals that have a certain value in that field.
Our example > the custom data field is the name of the project manager that will be implementing the deal once it closes. I am trying to add counts to my dashboard for each project manager to show the number of deals they have helped implement over a month/year since we do 500+ projects a year.

This is actually available in our Insights reporting. Unfortunately it's only from Professional plan and up.
