Why? Because the new employees just don't have an idea how to deal with automation logic and two I need to create the automation again and again for every new salesperson, when in an automation center I could just duplicate and change the user in the configuration.

    We have the exact same problem. Very interested to see if Pipedrive can solve this.

    Yes and not,

    Yes, every user can trigger the automation but when you automate an email, the email we send is from the person who triggered the action.

    Would be great to choose the sender of the email in the automation, that could solve the issue
