Dynamic Fields in Hyperlinks

I am trying to create a dynamic hyperlink, based upon a dynamic field. Is there a way to make use of this?

If not, can I make use of basic HTML formatting to include the dynamic AHREF link?

Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment, I've passed on your suggestion to our team though. For now unfortunately in templates the whole link has to be included. For on-off emails the hyperlinks do work.

You can achieve this with an add-on called OneClick: https://www.pipedrive.com/en/marketplace/app/one-click/de8c9f16a3a18391.

If you are using Workflow Automation / Gmail, something like this should work. For this example I'm using the Deal ID, but it could be any field:

1. When you paste the main part of your url (e.g. https://opsdesigned.pipedrive.com/deal/ it's going to automatically hyperlink.
2. REMOVE the default hyperlink.
3. Add the dynamic field (e.g. [Deal ID]) at the end of your url -- https://opsdesigned.pipdrive.com/deal/[Deal ID]

Then, when the automation runs, it should hyperlink the full link w/ the actual ID, or whatever is in your dynamic field, automatically.

I CANT'T believe, that this is going on for MORE THAN 2 YEARS!

Instead of pointing it out to developers, you could FINALLY make them to implement it.

All of those proposed workarounds are unfortunately USELESS, since any time you fill a dynamic field with a value that includes a SPACE %20 it will break the link.

I think #1 CRM from sales guys for sales guys MUST have this feature.

So can you finally fix the parser or allow us to include dynamic fields in URL?
