When using Live Chat, it would be great to be able to schedule your availably to coincide with you working hours, for example. At the moment, you have to manually select Online/Offline but automating and scheduling this would be much better

It would be great to have the feature of scheduled hours for the live chat. This eliminates human error when not turned on manually. People get busy, and an opportunity could be missed.
Mike, have I missed your email to [email protected]? With a script in functions.php you can schedule the chatbot plug-in to be activated or deactivated.
