For som stages of pipeline I need to attach some kind of ToDo Checklist to remember, what need to be done in this stage.
ToDo Checklist should be pre-configured as a template for every stage in pipeline configuration. Checklist should be pinned as a note in Deal.

Dear Martin, yes this is possible. Initially we had the support of @Bernd Auer and his team and he had several tricks and integrated them in our system. You can just wirte him a direct message. Sure he will responde and help you.

I was just asking about this as well. I think it would be ideal to have a feature like this but also with this one option:
- The option to choose to track includes a date or deadline, with the option to turn off or on

In my opinion, an automation doesn't cut it.

Would really appreciate having a checklist to check whether my deal is valuable for the next stage in my pipeline. The projects feature Mike mentioned, does not cut it for this specific way of working.

I found a way to do this with custom fields.
First, create a custom deal/lead field. Make sure to uncheck "Always visible in deal detail view" and "Appears in 'Add lead' and 'Add deal' views.":
Next, Mark the field as important in the deal stage it pertains to:
Finally, Repeat the process for as many checklist items and stages as you need.

The ability to have a rolling checklist that had check boxes that could be checked when a task is completed would be a huge advancement! The left side of the screen (typically details would be a great place for this to go) I envision this being a checklist that would appear based on the Pipeline that a deal is opened in.. More items could be added to checklist as the deal is moved through the pipeline. This would allow everyone on the teams who touches the deal to be able to see and verify what steps have been completed very quickly. I know there is an ability to auto popuate tasks as deals are created and moved to stages in a pipeline, however it has been increasingly harder as our team has grown for multiple people working on one deal to know exactly what has been done

I've been asking for this for 3 years now and there are so many people who are in need of this as well. Pipedrive is not listening to us =(

I have been using pipiedrive for 1 month, and I am surprised there are no check list in deal stages. Specially I doesn't seems to be so advanced thing to implement. I see this is common recomended feature, but I start loosing hope they will create this... such a pity.

Could we please have the ability to to create forms and checklists that can be then used to create a task in the deal. The user assigned to the task would open the form and complete it, the information would then be added to the deal as pdf file as well as a note.
The application we have for this is around servicing. Our service team services the installed products every year, and have to fill out a checklist each time. There are various checklists, depending on eth product being serviced. A checklist online that is pre-populated with basic customer information would be awesome. Even better if it then produced a pdf that was attached to the deal, as we can send a copy to the client.

Do you have any budget to build it? We are doing a lot of automation around PipeDrive ourselves using our own technology of G1ANT.

The checklist feature would be amazing for my company's line of work. We work with many different clients and instructors. I was told to upvote items here to increase the chances for it to become a feature within Pipedrive. The higher the vote the better chances it will get created sooner.

I'm missing some sort of checklist within a deal.
I understand you have the "Project" environment in which you kan keep track of things after you have won a deal. However, when I'm working on a deal a lot of the times my offer consists out of multiple big "parts". I would like to keep track of which parts of the offer I already finished and what is still open.
My suggestions would be some sort of checklist inside the deal in the tab "Focus".
This checklist is in a way similar to the tasks/subtasks functionality in the project environment. A simpler version of this could go a long way. This way I could tick off parts that are done.
What are your thoughts?

It would be helpful to have checkbox in In notes and activities. Now checkbox could be copy-pasted from Google Docs, but could not be checked.

Would love to see checklists as an option when creating an activity. With the ability to create a quick custom checklist on the fly or choose from checklist templates. The Checklist needs to have a range of field options: tick box, drop down single select and multi select, number only, text etc
Even better if the checklist templates could have MS Word report that uses checklist fields to populate a report that can be exported as a PDF. Similar to the document templates functionality Pipedrive already has.
Have looked at using the document templates, but the number of fields we need to fill out would clutter up the details in the sidebar. Using Checklist fields would mean any number of templates could be easily populated without cluttering up the side bar.
