Feedback Chat / Chatbot
Hier einmal als Feedback für pipedrive.
Super wäre es wenn man im Chatbot im Workflow auch stränge kopieren könnte, oder von einer Flow-Ableitung zur vorigen zurück routen kann. Derzeit geht es ja nur so, dass man weiter verschachteln kann, aber von anderen Strängen nicht andocken kann. Dies supporten an sich alle Chatbots, die wir bisher so kennen.
Super wäre es, wenn man im Chatbot und im Chat direkt Symlies auswählen könnte und Sprachnachrichten verschicken könnte.
Ein Tracking bzw. Conversiontracking für den Chat wäre auch super, gerade weil es in dem Bereich Lead in pipedrive aufgeführt ist wäre eine externe Messung hilfreich. Reichen würde da schon, dass man in einem bestimmten Step ein Event-Script ausführen kann, damit man das ganze Messen kann, außer über Pipedrive.
