Trying to calculate connection and conversion rate for Inside Sales team. Unable to do this and would LOVE it if this feature would become available ASAP. We are growing our team and NEED to have measurable data to grow our success.

    Connection rate: I'm not sure exactly how you are using pipedrive to make that connection. But you could designate an activity for when you actually 'connected' vs. no answer/left message 'no connect'. That would allow you to measure connection rate.
