Aggregated goals for other KPI then WON deals

Hi, I have a problem. Im about to setting goals for each team and would also like set goals for the whole company. Look at the pic. It´s not possible to choose all Pipelines here.
As I understand its not possible to set goals for other KPIs then for WON deals. 

I would for ex. like to set goals for Booked meetings and Sent quotes. Aggregated from all pipelines. Not only for a specific pipeline. Our process and Pipelines are the same for each team. 

Please any comments and plan for this.

    It makes sense I guess that for the category 'deals progressed' that it would be limited to individual pipelines. 

    It may not for you but if it's that important that the deals progressed goal is consolidated then there would need to be some reconfiguration. All deals could live in a single sales pipeline and instead you could use two other ways to separate them according to your list in the picture. 1. you could use the deals label field in place of the pipelines or 2. you could create a new deal details field that has a single selection in place of the separate pipelines you have. Personally, I think the fewer pipelines the better but everyone's situation is unique in some ways.

    Ok thanks Brad, I will look in to it and what you suggest. We have just divided one pipeline into different due to it suits us better.
