Contact sync - mapping - Office 365

Are there any plans to improve the contact sync feature for Office 365?  At the moment there is no capability to map contact information to the various fields. I tried this out contact sync in the past and it messed up my contacts bi-directionally.

    Hi @Joep Cuppens , I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience with our contact sync.

    It's designed to be compatible with Office 365 and in all platforms only certain fields are synced, as you can see here.

    I recommend you check out this tutorial and if after that you still find yourself struggling please reach out to our Support team and they will help you. For urgent or technical issues Support is always the most adequate and quickest channel of communication. Thank you!
