    Would think the best way would be to define your activity types to how your sales process operates. Company meeting, prospect meeting, client meeting. If you want to get that granular.  You can customize what activity types you use in Settings - Company settings- activities.

    We have the same request. This won't work as the Calendar sync cannot distinguish between different meetings.

    Hi, that sounds like half the solution. Hows do you then ensure that internal meetings have their activity type set to "Company Meetings"?
