Bulk activities for different deals in one activity ("Calls", "Followups")

After every longer call, presentation or meeting, I am invited for a next step which is great.

I'd like to be able to schedule a longer block of time in my calendar to cut through all calls, emails or other tasks in one sitting back-to-back.

For that,  I would need one event/activity linked to multiple deals to help me automate this.

If my schedule allowed me a fixed followup slot, I could do it myself, but it's different every week due to new calls and meetings popping up and I have to work on followups in between.

    Tasks & Deals have a 1 to 1 relationship. This means you can have 1 deal attached to each task.

    You may be able to just block out time in your  calendar outside of PD, and then that sync would be reflected in PD
