Can caller be used with syntax to make calls?
I'd like to be able to make calls from the leads inbox using the pipedrive caller, is that possible?
This is the list of Syntax options in the knowledge base:
Skype call: skype:[number]?call
Skype SMS: skype:[number]?chat
SIP phone handler: sip:[number]@gateway.com
Apple FaceTime call: facetime://[number]
Default phone call handler: tel:[number]
Default 'callto' handler: callto:[number]
Default SMS handler: sms:[number]
Pipedrive Calling: caller:[number]?call
Custom
But pipedrive caller is not in the list in the syntax settings.
Can it be activated somehow?

Unfortunately this isn't possible yet. Our leads area is still pretty new in Pipedrive and we're working on integrating it with all the features. We're currently working on email there and caller is also on our to-do list down the line.

Any update on this? Caller from Leads Inbox would be really useful in helping keep focus for the Sales team.

Hi @Benjamin Stanley I haven't seen updates about this but I agree it would be great to get it integrated with the Leads Inbox. I'm going to pass on this suggestion to our team there
