Please add Cc and Bcc to "Send Group Email"

I feel that PD should add both of these features to outgoing emails. I currently Cc or Bcc emails to myself or other parties depending on the nature of the email. It would be a small but helpful adjustment.

    HI Mike,

    I Bcc myself so that all regular emails show up in my inbox as sent confirmation, but it also helps having 2 separate central locations to search specific emails in the future. I also will also Bcc to our 3rd party law firms and appraisers on deal updates as they are no PD users and have their own systems. It would be nice to have all 3rd parties on PD as then it wouldn’t be necessary to make the adjustments.

    Thanks for clarifying so the main problem here is that you'd like some insights into Pipedrive from a 3rd party who is not a user? And just having all the emails in your sent folder in the email is not enough you'd like it in the inbox?

    Here's the reason why I'd like the cc option for a group email. 

    I'm the CEO of the company and I'm writing to inform members about a special opportunity. I want to cc their specific account manager, which could be helpful in a number of ways. For example, let's say the email hits a good time and the client needs a quote.

    I am the head of acceleration for a programme and many times I need to cc the acceleration manager during investment, scouting and introductions that I make in bulk.

    Is there really no cc button?

    @Patricia Nicola unfortunately not right now, I've pointed it out to our team but it's not prioritised at the moment.

    @Mike van der Valk please can you stress that this REALLY SHOULD BE PRIORITISED. I send group email regularly and need to be able to CC my Assistant or the assigned Manager so they can follow up. Please let us know the current status.

    Hi @Abi McGrath thanks for the tag. I'm not sure of the current status of this suggestion. I'll connect with our email product team and stress the importance of this feature to you and other users of Pipedrive. Hopefully we can deliver this down the road

    This CC and BCC option in group emails SHOULD  be priority!! 

    I really need to copy my colleague in all Group Emails!!

    I work on a team of three real estate agents and we have an email that forwards to all three of us. The inability to CC somebody on a group email means that the only option is to reply to the individual that sent it and it means we can’t use Pipedrive as a group communication tool quite as easy. It would be a huge addition to be able to CC a specific email or another user in Pipedrive on the group emails. Please prioritize this! It would make easier!

    I just found out this wasn't an option today.  I currently have 3 clients on simultaneous projects for the same product.  Today I had to send a referral email 3 separate times because I wouldn't bcc.

    Also, I have to ask for the exact same quote from over 30 vendors sometimes.  But usually a minimum of 10 as a "bid".  I would normally bcc them from an email in gmail but then I can't see who read it or have access to my templates.  If I send the group email to everyone and they can see their competitors, no one is going to want to bid.

    +1 on this one. I am following up with about 50 people on behalf of myself and two team members - they are PD users but they make me do all the work :). So I need to have them visible in the cc, our clients don't necessarily know my name but if they see their own rep's name in the cc that will make them comfortable.

    The other option would be if I could send from my colleagues' return addresses, ie have the "from" address be a selectable field. But that's harder I expect.

    Hi, has this been fixed? HUGE PRIORITY for us too. It defeats the purpose of CRM if this is not an option.

    This would be really useful for anyone who desires to use the bulk email option.

    Copy account owner is the main thing I'd do.

    Many many use cases.

    I agree that adding the functionality to cc or bcc in a group email would be very helpful. There are many instances where, for example, I send out a market update and copy the relevant account manager to follow-up or handle any questions that may arise. Please make this a priority item. Thank you!

    It is truly unbelievable to me that this is still NOT an option! It might just end up being the reason I have to switch to a different CRM platform.
